NCR Medical Lab is located at 168 N. Johnston Street, Suite 300, Dallas, Georgia 30132. We proudly serve individuals, families, employers, owner-operators, and businesses throughout Dallas, Paulding County, and surrounding communities.
What are your hours?
NCR Medical Lab is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you need an appointment outside of our regular business hours, you may contact us to request special scheduling. Availability is subject to approval.

Wellness & Blood Testing
What types of wellness and blood tests do you offer?

Yes. As a CLIA-waived laboratory, NCR Medical Lab offers select point-of-care wellness screenings that may provide results during the same visit or shortly afterward. Availability depends on the specific test.

DNA & Genetic Testing
Do you offer DNA testing?
Yes. NCR Medical Lab provides professional DNA specimen collection for paternity, maternity, sibling, grandparent, other family relationship testing, and lifestyle testing. Both legal and non-legal DNA testing options are available, depending on your needs.
What is the difference between legal and non-legal DNA testing?
Non-legal DNA testing is generally used for personal knowledge or peace of mind. Legal DNA testing follows additional identity verification and chain-of-custody requirements and may be used for court proceedings, custody matters, child support, immigration, or other official purposes. Do you collect specimens for hereditary cancer genetic testing?
Yes. NCR Medical Lab provides blood and cheek-swab specimen collection for eligible LabCorp Invitae hereditary cancer genetic tests. A valid order from an authorized healthcare provider is required before specimen collection.

Do you offer fingerprinting services?
Yes. NCR Medical Lab offers traditional ink fingerprinting and digital fingerprinting for employment, licensing, background checks, professional certifications, volunteer requirements, and other approved purposes.
