NCR Medical Lab Terms and Conditions: No Refunds Policy

    Welcome to NCR Medical Lab. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

    1. Scope of Services

    NCR Medical Lab provides a range of medical and diagnostic services, including but not limited to fingerprinting, blood tests, and other laboratory services.

    2. No Refunds Policy

    2.1 General Policy:
    All payments made for services provided by NCR Medical Lab are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to payments for fingerprinting, laboratory tests, consultations, and any other services offered.

    2.2 Non-Transferable Services:
    Services purchased are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed by anyone other than the individual for whom the service was originally intended.

    2.3 Exceptions:
    Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

    • A service was not rendered due to an error on the part of NCR Medical Lab.
    • The service provided was materially different from what was agreed upon.

    Any requests for refunds under these exceptions must be submitted in writing to info@ncrmedlab.com within 7 days of the service date, accompanied by relevant documentation and evidence.

    3. Service Cancellations and Rescheduling

    3.1 Cancellation Policy:
    Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service fee.

    3.2 Rescheduling:
    Clients can reschedule their appointments without any additional charge if done within the specified cancellation period.

    4. Payment Terms

    4.1 Payment Methods:
    NCR Medical Lab accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and electronic transfers. Payment must be made in full at the time of service.

    4.2 Receipts:
    Clients will receive a receipt upon payment. Please retain this receipt for your records.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    NCR Medical Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

    6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    NCR Medical Lab reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other forms of communication. It is the responsibility of the client to review these terms periodically.
