At NCR Medical Lab, we provide both ink fingerprinting and digital fingerprinting. Fingerprinting may be required for employment, licensing, background checks, professional certifications, volunteer work, immigration-related requests, and other official purposes.

Ink Fingerprinting Services
We offer traditional ink fingerprinting on fingerprint cards for clients who need physical fingerprint cards completed.
Ink fingerprinting may be used for:
- Out-of-state background checks
- Professional licensing applications
- Federal fingerprint card requests
- Employment requirements
- Volunteer or agency requirements
- Personal record review requests
- Government, state, or board-requested fingerprint cards
- FD-258 fingerprint cards, when required
Please note: Clients may bring their own fingerprint card if the requesting agency provided one. Please confirm the required fingerprint card or format with the requesting agency before your appointment.
Digital Fingerprinting
NCR Medical Lab also provides digital fingerprinting for clients who need electronic capture and submission of fingerprints.
Digital fingerprinting is often used for background screening, employment, licensing, and other agency-required purposes. Requirements may vary depending on the requesting organization, so clients should confirm any needed codes, forms, or instructions before arriving.

What to Bring
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Any fingerprint cards, forms, codes, or instructions provided by the requesting agency
- Payment for your fingerprinting service. Debit or credit card only
